Can custom graphics be returned?
Because custom kits are produced to order, they generally cannot be returned for preference changes after approval and production.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with photos of the packaging and the affected pieces before installing the kit. We will review the issue.
What if I ordered the wrong machine?
Reach out as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to adjust the fitment before print.
