The plain-language operating rules for using Luna Labs, ordering kits, approving proofs, and moving projects into production.
Orders And Proofs
By placing an order, you confirm that the machine, fitment details, artwork notes, names, numbers, logos, and other requested information are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Custom projects may require proof approval before production begins.
Nothing custom prints until the proof is approved. Once approved, production may begin quickly and edits may no longer be possible.
Custom Artwork
You are responsible for having permission to use any names, logos, marks, sponsor art, numbers, photographs, or references you submit. Luna Labs may refuse artwork that is unsafe, infringing, hateful, or outside our production standards.
Product Expectations
Graphics are physical products installed on real plastics. Minor variation in color, finish, scale, placement, or fit can happen because of screen display, material behavior, machine condition, and installation method.
Site Use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy Luna Labs creative assets for resale, impersonation, or competing commercial use.
